How long does the procurement process take, from consultation to delivery?
The duration depends on the bottle type, quantity, and whether customization is involved. Once the sample is approved, the import and shipping process generally takes a few weeks. We'll give you a specific estimate during consultation.
Are the prices given all-inclusive of import costs and duties?
We are transparent about cost components from the start of the consultation, including applicable import costs and duties, so there are no hidden fees at the end of the process.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer (to the official company account of CV. Dua Akur Sejahtera). The payment scheme (down payment and settlement) is discussed and agreed at the start of the procurement process.
What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) for bottle procurement?
MOQ starts from 108 pcs (1 box). For needs outside that, consult us directly — we'll help find the option that best fits you.
Can you serve small quantities / new brands?
Yes. We serve both new brands with small quantity needs, as well as large manufacturers with recurring industrial-scale needs.
Can the bottles be customized (printing/color)?
Yes. We offer logo silk screen printing and bottle color coating services. See the Custom Service page for details.
